Double-acting pneumatic valve is equipped with two-position five-way double-coil solenoid valve. The working principle of the double-electromagnetic solenoid valve is to control the opening and closing of the valve through the power on and off of the solenoid coils on both sides. It can keep the current position of the spool when it is powered. It is called a valve with memory function.

3 holes, 5 holes: corresponding to 2 holes, 4 holes exhaust

When the solenoid A coil is energized, 2 holes are used for air intake and 4 holes are used for air exhaust. The pneumatic valve actuator turns counterclockwise and the valve opens. When the A coil is de-energized and the B coil is not energized, the pneumatic valve still maintains the current position. The A coil only needs to be powered once, the valve is opened, and the power consumption is low.

When the solenoid B coil is energized, 4 holes of air intake, 2 holes of air exhaust, pneumatic valve actuator rotates clockwise, the valve closes

When the B coil is de-energized and the A coil is not energized, the pneumatic valve still maintains the current position. The B coil only needs to be powered once, the valve is closed, and the power consumption is low.

If the A coil and B coil are energized at the same time, the valve does not move and remains in place.
